Consumers, policymakers, clinicians, students, educators, community organizations, journalists — no matter your current knowledge about healthcare, CT Healthcare Explained can help. We offer balanced, understandable information on seventeen topics such as Why is healthcare so expensive? and Who decides benefits covered and costs?

Based on your input, we are already planning new topics to add to the site. If you have ideas, questions, or thoughts, please give us feedback on the form at the bottom of every page on the site.
